What is stored without consent

We use Google Consent Mode v2 with every signal set to denied by default. We do not set advertising cookies, not even after consent.
Reservations
If you open the booking screen, our reservation partner's system loads there. That party may place its own cookies, needed to process your booking. That screen only loads at the moment you click it, not when the site opens.
